Welcome to Cristina Italian Voice. By booking a lesson or purchasing a package, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Cristina Italian Voice offers online Italian language coaching and private 1:1 lessons via video conference (Zoom/Skype/Google Meet).
2. Payments
Lessons and packages must be paid in full in advance. Payments are securely processed via PayPal or Wise (Wisetag or bank transfer).
3. Cancellation Policy (The 24-Hour Rule)
I value your time and mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time can be rescheduled for free.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full (the lesson is considered lost).
- No-shows (missing the lesson without notice) are charged in full.
4. Lateness
If you are late for a lesson, please let me know. I will wait for 15 minutes. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, the lesson will be considered a “no-show” and charged.
If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time to respect the students following you.
5. Expiration of Packages
To ensure consistent learning, lesson packages have an expiration date:
- 5-Lesson Package: Valid for 3 months from purchase.
- 10-Lesson Package: Valid for 6 months from purchase.
Unused lessons after this period are non-refundable.
6. Code of Conduct
My lessons are a safe space for introverts and learners of all backgrounds. I reserve the right to discontinue lessons with any student who displays disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
7. Refunds
Refunds for unused packages are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been taken. Completed lessons are non-refundable.
